Wool ties should ideally be hand washed. Hand wash the tie in lukewarm, soapy water using a detergent that is wool friendly. 

The optimal way to store ties involves gently rolling them into a loose coil. Begin by wrapping the tie around your hand, commencing from the narrower end. It's important to maintain a loose arrangement to prevent any unsightly creases from forming. 

Try to rest ties between wearings. Use steam to relieve any wrinkles.
